We collect and process limited personal information needed to operate our service:

• Account and authentication data through Clerk (such as account email, user ID, and session/auth metadata) to provide sign-in, account security, and account-linked features.
• Waitlist submissions (email address) when you join the waitlist so we can manage queue status and notify or track activation flow.
• Subscription and billing data through Stripe (such as account email, billing address you provide, and Stripe customer/subscription/payment identifiers) to create and manage paid subscriptions.

We also collect operational telemetry and service usage information, which can include:

• Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, and similar technical details)
• Usage data (pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the service)
• Network information such as IP address
• HTTP user-agent strings and related request metadata
• Guest usage events (for example, episode-consumption telemetry for non-signed-in sessions)

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and to understand product performance. Some technical/network data (including IP address) may be considered personal data under applicable law.

We use third-party processors and infrastructure providers to run key parts of the service, including:

• Clerk for account authentication and user-session management.
• Stripe for payment processing and subscription lifecycle management.
• Sentry for error monitoring, diagnostics, and session replay telemetry.

These providers process data on our behalf for the purposes above. Their own privacy terms and policies apply to data processed on their platforms.
